Bug reports: Something not working right? Let us know what happened, what device or browser you’re using, and steps to reproduce the issue.
Incorrect restaurant info: If you’ve noticed inaccurate information about a restaurant, please include the restaurant name and what needs correcting.
Feature requests: Ideas for improving kulu.food? We’re always listening.
Regional manager applications: Interested in helping manage restaurant listings in your area? Tell us about your region and your experience with local halal dining.
General feedback: Anything else on your mind.

When writing to us

To help us assist you faster, please include:

Your email address (if different from the one you’re writing from).
A clear description of your issue or feedback.
Screenshots if applicable. They help us understand the problem quickly.
Device info: phone model, OS version, or browser name for technical issues.

Community guidelines

When interacting with us or contributing to the platform, we ask that you:

Be respectful and constructive.
Only report genuine issues; please don’t misuse the reporting system.
Understand that we’re a small, volunteer-driven team and may take a day or two to respond.

Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account, please contact us at support@kulu.food with your request.

Please note that account deletion requests may take up to 30 days to process. When requesting deletion, we would love to hear your reason for leaving. Your feedback helps us improve the platform for others, though providing a reason is entirely optional.
